Senior Accountant – SaaS Finance Operations

Fast-growing SaaS company is seeking a Senior Accountant with strong experience in full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and SaaS revenue recognition.

Support finance operations and ensure accurate accounting processes, reporting, and compliance within a high-growth SaaS environment.

🚀 Responsibilities
• Prepare financial statements and monthly reports
• Manage reconciliations and revenue recognition processes
• Support audits and compliance activities
• Identify process improvements and optimize workflows
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders

👤 Requirements
• CPA certification required
• +3 years of accounting experience
• Colombian nationality required
• Experience in SaaS or consulting companies supporting similar businesses
• Strong knowledge of month-end close, deferred revenue, accruals, and financial statements
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and modern finance tools is a plus
• Advanced English communication skills required
