Operations & Marketing Leader

Role summary:
Support logistics and operations by coordinating suppliers, tracking production and shipments, and ensuring smooth communication across international stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Manage suppliers and purchase orders (Oracle)
• Track production, shipments, and potential issues
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners
• Update and manage internal systems
• Provide cross-functional operational support

Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in operations or supply chain
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Advanced Excel and CRM/ERP experience (Salesforce, Oracle)
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking

Nice to have:
• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG
• Knowledge of international logistics and global suppliers
