Lease Sales Agent

Important U.S.-based company is seeking a Lease Sales Agent to support customer acquisition and leasing operations in a fully remote environment across LATAM.

Manage sales opportunities, qualify prospects, and guide customers throughout the leasing process while delivering an outstanding customer experience and achieving sales targets.

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Qualify leads and follow up with prospects.
• Guide customers through the leasing process.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Achieve sales and conversion goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.

👤 Required Profile

• C1/C2 English proficiency (near-native fluency) – Mandatory.
• Do not apply if your English level is below C1.
• 2+ years of sales and customer service experience.
• Strong phone-based communication skills.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Ability to convert prospects into customers.
• Experience working with U.S. clients is a plus.

💼 Conditions
